Job Description
Le Département Industrialization fait le lien entre nos pôles R&D et la fabrication (5 usines basées en France et en Allemagne) et participe au développement et à la fabrication de produits de qualité exceptionnelle (2000 références composants, 1200 références produits finis).
Dans cette dynamique, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Product Industrialization Drafter.
Votre poste et vos missions :
Rattaché au Responsable Industrialisation, vous contribuez à l’industrialisation de nos produits de la fabrication du lot zéro jusqu’au lancement en vie-série:
- Etude des documents supports (cahiers des charges, schémas fonctionnels, schémas de principe, plans de fabrication fournisseurs,…)
- Analyse détaillée de la solution retenue (dimensionnement, tolérancement et cotations)
- Validation du plan de tolérancement
- Simulation et validation d’assemblages mécaniques complexes
- Exécution des pré-séries, des contrôles et des essais
- Elaboration du dossier de fabrication et de la mise en plan des pièces en phase d’industrialisation
- Conception des outils spécifiques
- Mise à jour des dossiers de fabrication lors de la vie série (dimensions, caractéristiques,…)
Votre profil :
Formation bac +2/3 en conception de produits industriels ou équivalent
5 ans d’expérience minimum dans une fonction similaire
Maîtrise des logiciels de DAO et CAO dédiés (TopSolid, Solidworks, Autocad, …)
Maîtrise de la géométrie dans l’espace (perspective, descriptive, tridimensionnelle)
Anglais technique courant

Skills Required
- Bac +2/3 degree in industrial product design or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with dedicated CAD/DAO software such as TopSolid, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Strong spatial geometry skills, including perspective, descriptive, and three-dimensional geometry
- Fluent technical English
