Product Implementation Technologist

The Product Implementation Technologist will play a vital role in managing the implementation of new products by successfully translating innovative recipes into scalable manufacturing processes within the factory.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Design and implement process improvements to enhance capability, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

• Partner with Product Development Team for the implementation of new recipes.

• Ensure any new or changes to recipes are compliant with internal and external quality safety requirements.

• Provide expert technical support on products and processes to the Operations team.

• Identify and drive cost saving opportunities to deliver measurable business benefits.

• Ensure compliance with cleaning standards by designing, implementing, and validating effective process equipment cleaning procedures.

• Planning and execution of trials including risk assessments.

• Analysis and approval of new and existing raw material.

• Lead trial process and chair trial meetings.

• Participate in internal audits programs.

What are we looking for?

• Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering/Food Technology Degree or equivalent

• Good level of analytical and numerical ability.

• High level Microsoft Excel skills.
