Job Description:
The Product Implementation Technologist will play a vital role in managing the implementation of new products by successfully translating innovative recipes into scalable manufacturing processes within the factory.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Design and implement process improvements to enhance capability, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Partner with Product Development Team for the implementation of new recipes.

Ensure any new or changes to recipes are compliant with internal and external quality safety requirements.

Provide expert technical support on products and processes to the Operations team.

Identify and drive cost saving opportunities to deliver measurable business benefits.
-
Ensure compliance with cleaning standards by designing, implementing, and validating effective process equipment cleaning procedures.

Planning and execution of trials including risk assessments.

Analysis and approval of new and existing raw material.

Lead trial process and chair trial meetings.
-
Participate in internal audits programs.
What are we looking for?

Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering/Food Technology Degree or equivalent
-
Good level of analytical and numerical ability.

High level Microsoft Excel skills.
