Job DescriptionEurofiber is looking for a Product Portfolio Implementation Manager to support and strengthen the execution, coordination, and governance of its commercial product organization.
This role is focused on driving operational excellence across the product portfolio, ensuring processes run effectively, priorities remain aligned, stakeholders stay connected, and implementation activities move forward with clear ownership and visibility.
You will help create structure in a fast-paced product environment across Connectivity, Cloud, and Storage domains by coordinating portfolio activities, governance processes, demand tracking, and implementation follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate portfolio governance processes across the product organization.
- Ensure clear tracking and follow-through on portfolio initiatives, actions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate demand intake processes and support prioritization activities across teams.
- Maintain portfolio visibility, reporting, and governance cadences for leadership and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate portfolio meetings, steering forums, and operational review cycles.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, IT, Operations, and Data teams.
- Support implementation and operationalization of product management processes and portfolio governance frameworks.
- Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and execution status across ongoing initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations, reporting, and portfolio updates.
- Help bring structure, consistency, and execution discipline to a rapidly evolving product organization.

- A gross monthly salary between €6,079 and €7,151, depending on your work experience, including a 13th-month bonus, a healthcare allowance, and a performance bonus;

- 29 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour work week, plus 8% holiday allowance.
