Product Implementation Manager | Based in Barcelona

Kantox delivers Currency Management Automation software that handles real financial operations for corporate clients across 75 countries, and as we take on larger, more complex implementations, we need someone who can own them end-to-end.
This is a full-cycle individual contributor role: from solution design and project planning through to client go-live and handover.
What you will work on
- Proactively managing implementation projects end to end: solution design, documentation, planning, and leading client workshops
- Taking direct responsibility for project planning, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving risks and issues across concurrent implementations
- Managing internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Tech to keep implementations moving
- Managing external stakeholders at C-Level including CFOs, CTOs, and CEOs
- Handling technical questions and issues with Product Management and Development regarding implementation requirements
- Identifying and executing improvements to the implementation process itself, not just running the existing playbook
The setup
You will be based in our Barcelona office, working within a team of 6 implementation specialists and reporting to Victor, our Product Implementation Team Manager. You will collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations. A typical week is a mix of client workshops, solution design and documentation, project tracking across multiple concurrent implementations, and internal coordination with Product and Development.
This role carries real ownership. You are accountable for the revenue that comes with each go-live.
Who you are
You have a solid project management background in finance, consulting, or professional services, and you are comfortable running client workshops with senior stakeholders. You understand business finance and FX concepts well enough to speak credibly with a CFO. You are organised, resilient under pressure, and the kind of person who looks for ways to improve a process, not just follow it.
Concretely:
- 3+ years managing projects in finance, consulting, or professional services
- Confident leading client workshops and managing C-Level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of business finance and FX or currency markets
- Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine curiosity for technology and ability to discuss Kantox solutions at a reasonably technical level
- Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure across multiple concurrent projects
- EU work authorisation is a plus; visa sponsorship available
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in a fintech, treasury, or FX-adjacent environment
- Experience with ERP or TMS systems such as SAP
- Prior implementation or onboarding experience specifically, not just general project management
- Experience building or improving an implementation process from the ground up
