What Will You Do? 

Your challenge will be to adapt and customize our cutting-edge product for each client’s unique needs. In this dynamic role, you’ll split your talents between two equally exciting areas: 

• Crafting prompts to unlock the full power of LLMs 

• Building robust, enterprise-grade Java solutions that solve real financial problems 

You’ll stand on the frontlines of innovation where GenAI meets real-world finance—making a tangible difference for companies and people worldwide.

What we expect from You:   

• Motivation, enthusiasm to take on new projects and eagerness to develop yourself professionally 

• At least 2-4 years of Java development experience 

• Knowledge of Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) 

• Strong interest in and awareness of current LLM trends 

• Nice to have some Angular and DevOps knowledge 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you you enjoy working with clients, understanding their needs, and explaining technical topics in a clear, approachable way 

• A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting their professional growth 

• Ambition to grow into a Technical Lead role in the long term, where client-facing skills, ownership, and team leadership are just as important as technical expertise 

• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication  

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well
