- Monitor CA portfolio & update repository of circulars, SOPs & policies.
- Manage growth through retail & bulk customers.
- Channel enablement & onboarding.
- Customer engagement & ETB book management.
- Track competition & revenue targets.
- Compliance & risk mitigation.
- Product innovation & fintech partnerships.
- Marketing collaborations.
- Training & dashboard updates.
- Leverage technology & data analytics.
Qualification: Graduate
Preferred: MBA
Min Exp: 10 yrs
