We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional with strong experience to build, scale, and monetize TTBS’s Cloud Communication portfolio, including CPaaS (API-led communication platform) and CCaaS (Cloud Contact Center) solutions, enabling Indian businesses to accelerate their digital transformation journey
Key Role Deliverables- Revenue and P&L Owner for CCaaS, CPaaS and AI based solutions
- Launch of New Cloud based service portfolio - CCaaS, CPaaS, Omni channel
- Design GTM strategies aligned with TTBS’s SME + enterprise sales engine
- Enable large field sales teams and channel partners (1000+ partner ecosystem)
- Work with Platform Partners or alliance for new product along with his team.
- Product Marketing, Competition Benchmarking and Lead Generation Plan
- Lead team of Product Managers to drive business for Cloud Communication portfolio
- Design Campaigns along with Marketing to generate business for new products
- Align product roadmap with TTBS vision of “trusted digital partner for SMEs
- Identify growth opportunities in mid-market & enterprise segments
- Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for:
- Smartflo / Cloud Telephony (flagship TTBS product),
- CPaaS APIs (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Email, Video),
- CCaaS offerings (Contact Center, IVR, AI Bots)
- Manage full lifecycle: Ideation → Development → Commercialization → Scale
- Build & scale platforms integrating:
- Telecom infrastructure (SIP, VoIP, PRI replacement)
- Cloud-native architecture (API-first, microservices)
- Expand TTBS as a CPaaS platform provider vs pure telecom player
Right Person (Qualification & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom preferred)
- 12–15+ years total experience
- Minimum 6–10 years in Product Management / Product Leadership
- Preferred industries: Telecom / ISP / Carrier , Cloud SaaS / B2B Platforms, Customer Experience (CX) / Contact Center companies, Enterprise technology providers
- Proven track record of Leading end-to-end product lifecycle
- Experience managing Product portfolios (multi-product environment)
- Strong exposure to P&L ownership / revenue responsibility, Pricing models (subscription, pay-per-use, API-based)
- Stakeholder management (CXO-level interactions)

- Customer satisfaction and CX improvement metrics
- Speed of deployment and scalability of solutions for SMBs
