If you were in the Product Guide – Operations role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- You organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment
- You execute inventory processing plan established by the Lead
- You receive and process product deliveries according to SOPs, such as folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity
- You reconcile, prepare, package and ship product to appropriate locations according to best practices (e.g. damages, consolidations)
- You execute product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, or product moves onto the floor according to company standards to maintain store organization and presentation
- You execute omnichannel programs (eg click and collect, click and ship) according to SOPs
- You interact with guests or facilitate connection with another team member to provide service on the retail floor and support the guest experience
- You contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests
- You use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences

Expectations:
- All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis.
- You are fully accountable for and oversee the execution of all deliverables on the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document
- Under the direction of the Store Leads, Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request
Availability Requirements:
- You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
- Full Time – 32- 40 hours per week (required to be available 6 days per week)
- Part Time – scheduled up to 31 per week (required to be available a min of 18 hours per week)
