About the Role:
As a Product Growth Specialist, you will drive brand growth through innovative, cross-channel campaigns. You’ll design and execute content strategies with the team that will run across videos, email, social media, and blogs, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business goals. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning data into actionable insights.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Campaign Development: Design and launch integrated campaigns, including video scripts, email drip sequences, blog series, and social media content.
- Copywriting: Craft high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Video Production: Storyboard and script short-form/long-form videos for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
- Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and product launches.
- Analytics: Track KPIs (CTR, conversions, engagement) to optimise campaigns and report on ROI.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in AI tools, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.

Experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns (e.g., videos, emails, blogs).
- Storytelling: Ability to adapt tone for B2B and B2C audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing metrics to refine content strategies.
- Collaborative: Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Agile: Quickly pivot strategies based on performance or emerging trends.
