About the Role

We’re hiring a Product & Growth Lead to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help drive Tofu’s next stage of growth. But really this is what we like to call a GPSP... a General Purpose Smart Person.

This is a high-leverage, high-trust role. You will sit at the intersection of product, customer, and growth.

You’ll shape the roadmap, work to inject growth into our product and own strategic decisions to help Tofu reach $10M in ARR.

And you'll be a force multiplier across the business; working closely with customers, engineers, leadership, investors and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Work directly with the CEO, CTO and engineering to drive product strategy, execution, and operational rhythm.
  • Own our product roadmap, prioritizing the initiatives that move the needle and multiply growth.
  • Work closely with our highest-value customers and enterprise accounts, understand their most pressing pain points and turn them into high leverage business decisions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, filling gaps, solving problems, and enabling scale.

Who You Are

  • 3–7+ years of experience in growth, product, consulting or investment banking
  • Have operational experience building or scaling SaaS products generating millions in revenue
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset
  • You can articulate your thoughts and write clearly
  • High EQ and can/are interested in managing relationships with customers
  • Comfortable working across product, GTM, and ops
  • Thrive in ambiguity; you can prioritize, execute, and lead without direction
  • Toronto-based
  • Bonus: you've started a company before, built a product or side project with reasonable scale or revenue

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is CA$160,000 – CA$190,000 per year.

Skills Required

  • 3-7+ years of experience in growth or product roles
  • Experience building or scaling SaaS products generating millions in revenue
  • Experience working with LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompting
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and customer relationship management
  • Comfortable working across product, GTM, and operations
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and lead in ambiguous environments
