Build and own Tofu's end-to-end marketing function: evolve positioning and narrative, publish thought leadership, run AI-first content and demand engine, create sales enablement, manage events, and work directly with founders to scale marketing and drive pipeline.

Work with the CEO, CTO, and engineering to define and execute product strategy and roadmap, prioritize growth-driving initiatives, engage enterprise customers to translate pain into features, and act as a strategic advisor to scale the business toward $10M ARR.

Lead company-wide operations and finance: own financial model, budgeting, cash management, board reporting, unit economics, quote-to-cash, revenue reporting, KPIs, vendor and hiring operations, compliance (SOC 2/privacy), and build an operations team and scalable processes to support rapid SaaS growth.

Own the full customer lifecycle from first prospect interaction through onboarding, engagement, renewals, and expansion. Build customer playbooks, tooling, and team; drive time-to-value, ROI in first 30 days, run QBRs, maintain account health, prevent churn, and translate customer pain into product roadmap while partnering with leadership, product, and engineering to reach $10M ARR.
