Salient is building agentic AI to transform loan servicing—starting with auto lending. We’re tackling an industry defined by complexity, regulation, and scale, and we need a Product & Growth Lead who can help us shape the 0→1 product journey while driving adoption and growth.
What You’ll DoOwn the roadmap for Salient’s growth-critical initiatives, from onboarding flows to customer-facing product experiences.
Collaborate with engineering, research, and design to take products from concept to launch.
Drive data-informed product decisions, ensuring our AI solutions not only work, but delight.
Build and optimize growth loops (activation, retention, expansion).
Work directly with customers and prospects to translate insights into product opportunities.
Establish metrics, experiments, and playbooks that accelerate adoption across B2B clients.
4–8+ years in product, growth, or a hybrid role at a fast-growing startup.
Experience building 0→1 products, ideally in AI, fintech, or SaaS.
A balance of product intuition and data-driven decision-making.
Comfort working closely with engineers and researchers to ship fast.
Track record of driving measurable user or revenue growth.
Background in compliance-heavy industries (fintech, lending, reg-tech).
Strong technical fluency in AI/ML products.
Previous experience scaling enterprise adoption.
As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 4 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
