Key expectations:

1. Design and implementation of SAP MM and SAP ATTP solutions aligned with pharmaceutical serialization and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., KAZ, UZB, Tatmeen, BH, EU FMD and various other country market regulations).

2. Work closely with Business process owners and partners to gather requirements, translate them into system specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. Oversee system validation, serialization data management, and E2E integration testing across Logistics Service providers, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and other supply chain partners.

4. Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP MM, SAP ATTP and loftware(Serialization), SAP TH, and related systems to meet global regulatory and business requirements.

5. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for serialization and supply chain traceability.

6. Maintain system documentation, business process workflows, and compliance reporting.

7.Should have profound knowledge in MM and label printing process

8. Ensure cross-team alignment and manage risks, escalations, and interdependencies.

9. Ensure good understanding on ERP Business processes, Integration with ATTP from ERP and having functional exposure in SAP WM or MM modules.

10. Must have comprehensive understanding of S/4HANA serialization capabilities and related business processes.

Minimum Level of Education Required

Graduate in related discipline or equivalent experience.

S4HANA certification

Previous Experience Required

1. At least 14+ years of experience in Product management in Supply Chain or Supply chain consulting

2. Experience in managing business partners, S4HANA implementation

3. Managing outsourced partner teams is important.
