Role Summary/Purpose
In this role you will support new and existing Verisound Ultrasound IT customers as well as support the overall Verisound Ultrasound IT business in the Nordics & Netherlands. You will provide technical & application knowledge as well as support sales process with quotations, product presentations & demonstrations.

Manage & support Verisound Ultrasound IT projects and existing customers in the Nordics & Netherlands
Ensure presence and permanent follow up of existing customers, providing them with regular information on products & services
Provide technical & application support for all Verisound Ultrasound IT-related offerings
Develop new Verisound Ultrasound IT accounts in the defined territory
Support sales processes with sales quotations and product presentations & demonstrations
Update and follow up on orders and sales forecasts, and provide market share lost/won information
Generate, record, and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers / influencers
Build long term, strategic alliances with accounts to continuously add value & protect against competitive threats
Support the growth of the Verisound Ultrasound IT business with marketing activities and exhibition/congress presence
Cooperate with the Nordics & Netherlands Ultrasound Service team to provide an active commitment of customer focus
Support the Ultrasound Sales team with providing new data analytics solutions
Travel frequently to customers to achieve the above responsibilities
Experience & know-how with Hospital IT workflows
Experience & know-how with DICOM and HL7 protocols
Experience & know-how with servers and network architecture (preferably in a hospital environment)
At least one of the following core experiences: strong clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or significant commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios
Ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
Good interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Strong presentation skills
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
Fluency in English language & at least one other Nordic language
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Experience in sales processes such as sales quotes and tender work (preferably in a hospital IT context)
Experience & know-how in IHE workflows and relational databases (including SQL programming)
