To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

What a typical day looks like:

• 建立并维护工程BOM（eBOM/mBOM），确保ERP系统数据的准确性、一致性及跨部门同步。Develop and maintain engineering BOMs (eBOM/mBOM) in ERP, ensuring data accuracy, consisten-cy, and cross-functional alignment.
• 负责新产品导入（NPI）全过程，包括DFM评审、工艺开发、样品试制及量产导入，并支持量产项目的持续优化与问题解决，确保质量、成本及交付目标达成. Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI), including DFM review, process development, prototyping, and production ramp-up, while supporting sustaining projects through continuous improvement and issue resolution to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• 跨部门协同与项目执行 Cross-functional Coordination & Project Execution
• 制定制造工艺方案并输出工艺流程图、作业指导书（WI）及SOP，兼顾效率、质量及成本。Develop manufacturing processes and documentation (Process Flow, WI, SOP), balancing efficiency, quality, and cost.
• 组织跨部门团队评估客户工程变更需求，确保变更的有效导入、文件更新及系统发布的准确性与及时性。Lead cross-functional evaluation of customer engineering changes, ensuring accurate implementation, timely documentation updates, and system release.
• 工艺优化与成本改善. Process Optimization & Cost Reduction
• 持续优化钣金、冲压、装配等制造工艺，提高生产效率并降低制造成本。Continuously improve manufacturing processes (sheet metal, stamping, assembly) to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• 工程分析与技术论证。Engineering Analysis & Technical Justification
• 提供可行性分析、技术评估和决策支持，为项目实施提供可靠依据。Provide feasibility studies, engineering analysis, and technical justification to support decision making
• 包装工程与交付要求Packaging Engineering & Delivery Requirements
• 设计包装方案并定义运输、防护及储存要求，确保产品交付安全与合规。Design packaging solutions and define requirements for transportation, protection, and storage.
• 推动持续改善活动（降本、提效、标准化）Drive continuous improvement initiatives (cost, efficiency, standardization).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学历，主修机械工程或自动控制或电气工程或电子技术 Bachelor’s degree or above , Major in Mechanical engineering or Automatic control or Electrical engineering or Electronic technology
• 具有电气或工程机械技术中级职称或相关领域的专业知识。Intermediate professional title in electrical or construc-tion machinery technology or professional knowledge in related field
• 在电气箱组装、机械组装或系统集成领域具备5年以上工作经验. At least 5 years of experience in electrical enclosure assembly, mechanical assembly, or system integration
• 熟悉办公技能，Auto CAD软件,良好的英语读写能力Softskill Requirement:  Familiar with office skills, Auto CAD software, good English reading and writing skills.
