Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to support new product qualification. Perform product characterization, define process window through skew lot analysis and carry out HTOL/ESD/LU qualification
  • Seamlessly transfer qualified new products to manufacturing ecosystem. Set up product BOM, establish test flow, implement product yield triggering limit and quality control
  • Proactively explore & identify opportunities for improvements, which helps in defect reduction, yield and product margin improvement, quality improvement and cost reduction/avoidance.
  • Work on fab/assembly process improvement activities, supporting manufacturing ramp and perform risk assessment and risk mitigation for new product development.
  • Lead product yield excursion. Define business impact, identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze customer return, implement corrective actions and support OSAT audits

Job Requirements:

  • BS, MS or PhD in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Science/Physics)
  • Candidates with more than 7 years working experience, strong new product engineering and/or product development background for network switch application.
  • Strong understanding on product characterization, skew lot analysis and HTOL/ESD/LU qualification.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in statistical application knowledge, Statistical Process Controls (SPC) & Design of Experiments (DOE) will be added advantage.
  • Executive level presentation skills. Strong leadership skills and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge in data collection and analysis.
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills.
