We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join our Engineering Team, onsite in Littlestown, PA

The Product Engineer provides hands‑on technical support to manufacturing operations within a full cradle‑to‑grave production environment. This role partners closely with shop floor teams to resolve production issues, maintain accurate product documentation, and support engineering change control while gaining exposure to the product development lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Product Engineers are responsible for 3th line support for manufacturing

  • Serve as primary technical support for manufacturing, troubleshooting and resolving production issues on the shop floor

  • Create, maintain, and update Bills of Material (BOMs)

  • Develop and maintain technical drawings and product documentation

  • Support and control engineering changes to products and processes

  • Participate in elements of the Manufacturing Product Development Lifecycle (MPDL) to build foundational product and process knowledge

  • Associate’s degree in technical discipline (drafting, engineering technology, or related field) or equivalent experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills

  • Willingness to learn and work hands‑on in a manufacturing environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $ $61,060 – $ 81,410 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
