Job Description:

This role is responsible for product engineering support for RF clock synthesizers, buffers, jitter cleaners and BAW oscillators. Key responsibility is to own the manufacturability, quality and reliability of devices:
- Collaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Perform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet specifications/requirements.
- Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root causes of any reliability and qualification failures.
- Knowledge of board designing and analyzing large amounts of characterization data for yield analysis and test limits.
- Work with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new process and package development.
- Drive cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction / elimination, test and manufacturing flow optimization, test time and yield enhancements.
- Good understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture (ETS364, UltaFlexplus, UltraFlexHD)
- Document gaps, lessons learned, and best practices back to NPDE PE teams for better execution on future projects.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by the adoption of best practices and improved processes.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in hardware board design; schematic capture with any PCB design software
- Experience working with ATE platforms.
- Proficient in multiple ATE software coding languages including but not limited to C/C++, Python, Java.
- Strong statistics and data-analysis skills.
Preferred qualifications/experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience working with different lab equipment for taking data and / or performing device debug or failure analysis.
- Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne / Eagle)
- Familiarity with JEDEC/ AEC/ MIL-PRF-38535 Qualification standards
- Knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze large amounts of characterization data and determine and set production test limits and predict yield data
- Have working knowledge of what is required to take a product from development stage to production.
- Ability to work in a team setup comprises of other functional groups.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
