What will you do?
Perform, verify, and evaluate the design of new products to be manufactured in the plant, carrying out the necessary analyses and information for their production, following the Engineering Change procedure until its implementation on the production line, as well as the evaluation of new products to be manufactured and assembled based on JCMS and plant capabilities. Implement the design of new products and EC products considering JCMS principles (layout, line balance, process capability) and plant capacities.
How will you do it?
Release local and global engineering changes.
Escalate global information issues.
Define whether a part is purchased or manufactured based on plant capacity.
Attend CCC/MDC meetings and provide service.
Develop VA cost-saving projects.
Ensure cost reduction initiatives are applied in the factory.
Provide ergonomic solutions for the product and process from the design stage.
Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring alert levels in areas working with materials and chemical products.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Intermediate English.
Knowledge in MRP systems proficiency: SAP.
Software proficiency: Office, Autocad, SolidWorks.
