OUR HISTORY AND FUTURE VISION
Wallbank Industrial currently consists of two independent companies – PJ Wallbank Springs, Inc. (PJWS) and Edison Manufacturing & Engineering. Our vision is to create multiple operating companies, like PJWS and Edison, to maximize our impact on the world through a consistent “How.”

PJWS is the only company in the world specializing in clutch return spring packs for automotive transmissions. For over 40 years our laser-sharp focus, combined with the effort of great people, has enabled us to be the global leader in our market. We also serve customers with spring pack solutions in powertrain electrification and are working in other application segments. Edison is a contract manufacturing partner for the companies creating the future of transportation. We work with startups introducing new products, as well as established companies as they launch new technologies, build niche products, and produce legacy products in volumes below their standard production. Our core expertise is executing complex build and assembly.
What separates us from others is our desire to have a dramatic impact on the world through people. It is this focus on people that is the key enabler to our future. All companies under the Wallbank Industrial umbrella focus first and foremost on creating a culture based on common core values. Having the right people in the right positions enables us to be at the forefront of current technologies and what is to come. Our experience and proven results, along with vast resources, allows us to deliver a level of service above the competition for our partners.

What We Do

As the global leader in clutch return technology, we impact millions of lives every day. Our impact, much bigger than any one person could achieve, can be seen in the lives of the people within the following three groups:

🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻INTERNAL IMPACT: OUR PEOPLE🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻
Our employees, through their personal growth and their ability to provide for themselves and their families

🌎 GLOBAL IMPACT 🌎
Our customers around the world, whether they are the manufacturing plants we ship to or the millions of customers in the vehicles using our products

🏠 COMMUNITY IMPACT 🏠
Our community, through the contributions we make both directly and indirectly, to making it a better place

PJWS CORE VALUES
Our four core values are the foundation of our organization. They are critical when determining who would be the best fit for our team and serve as a guide for every tough decision we make.
☑ Treat Others As You Would Want to Be Treated.
☑ Challenge the Status Quo.
☑ Take Ownership.
☑ Either Win or Learn.

OUR PEOPLE
We build products critical to our customer's applications. We even build our own manufacturing equipment. But just as important, we are focused on providing our people with the opportunity to build themselves.

What does this really mean? It means believing that our people are our most important asset, and then treating them this way. It means providing people with the opportunity to work with other high performers whom they respect and can learn from. It means giving people tough challenges to solve in order to grow personally and professionally.

There is a company to be built here, a world class one, and we are looking for those who are excited to be a part of that, but aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard, take ownership, and ultimately have a direct impact on the lives of many people near and far.
