Buscamos um Engenheiro de Produto come experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos, conhecimento em desenhos técnicos, NPI, validação e resolução de problemas para trabalhar com diferentes equipes multifuncionais globais.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Garantir que os requisitos técnicos definidos pelo cliente sejam atendidos durante o desenvolvimento dos produto analisando criticamente desenhos, viabilidade da execução, competividade, custeio de produto, etc.
- Acompanhamento de Tryouts de novos produtos.
- Responsável pela introdução de novos produtos e implementação de alterações de produtos correntes seguindo os processos globais.
- Suportar a área de Qualidade na resolução de problemas identificados por clientes internos e externos mediante a metodologia 8D e sistema CAPA.
- Elaborar planos de testes de validação de produtos e conceitos que atendam aos requisitos técnicos definidos pelo cliente e aplicação.
- Ser interface com clientes e providenciando soluções técnicas, considerando sempre a rentabilidade do negócio, os valores e as políticas estabelecidas pela unidade de negócio.
- Responsável pela solicitação de modelos 3D e desenhos técnicos (ao time de Design) que atendam as especificações técnicas dos clientes.
- Participar em conjunto com demsis times técnicos de todas as fases do conceito até a produção.
- Conhecer e desenvolver, junto a fornecedores, métodos e processos de prototipagem de produtos e soluções alternativas e de maior competitividade.
- Propor e desenvolver melhorias no desempenho, custo e eficiência para atender as capacidades da produção e manufatura de produtos novos ou existentes
Qualificações Mínimas
- 2–4 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos ou engenharia.
- Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica ou área relacionada.
- Inglês intermediário conversacional para interações globais e com equipes dos EUA.
- Experiência com desenhos técnicos, modelos 3D, NPI e validação de produtos.
- Conhecimento em 8D/CAPA e resolução de problemas
