Build something monumental for Healthcare!

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

About the Role

You love building products that truly delight at light speed. At your previous job you often felt impatient that your team’s next wave of improvements isn’t in your users' hands already. At Tandem you’ll be using that mindset to solve the problem that today clinicians are forced to work in systems that work against them rather than with them.

As a Product Engineer at Tandem you’ll be shaping and building towards our product vision, working closely with designers, other engineers and our users. Owning and shipping features end to end, from understanding the user's pain-point through shipping it to clinicians all over Europe and polishing it to delight our users. You’re deeply technical, but ultimately, you’re motivated by crafting great products that solve real problems, and you’ll roll up your sleeves and get that done.

What you will do:
  • Own Product development end-to-end by defining product requirements, setting priorities, and translating ideas into technical specifications

  • Partner directly with designers, users, and other engineers to shape and deliver impactful features.

  • Design and implement scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

  • Ensure applications provide an intuitive and seamless user experience, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users.

  • Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

  • Use the best modern tools to ship great features as fast as possible.

What You Bring
  • A strong product mindset with the ability to define, build, and ship impactful features end-to-end.

  • Proven experience building and deploying production-grade  Python  systems.

  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript and  React.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and a focus on scalability and reliability

  • A passion for technical excellence and a drive to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with health-related applications

  • Experience building Large Language Model (LLM) applications.

  • Experience handling streaming audio and transcription.

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Azure

What We Do

Tandem provides a clinician copilot that enables clinicians to focus on providing care, instead of on administrative tasks. Our ambient scribe listens during the patient consultation, transcribes it, and automatically generates a draft medical note that can seamlessly be transferred to your medical record system. Tandem's copilot fully follows GDPR and local patient data laws.
