What will you do?
The Product Engineer Sr is responsible for supporting product development, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving cost-effective solutions. This role collaborates with global design centers and cross-functional teams to introduce new products, implement engineering changes, and continuously improve product performance and reliability.

Ensure manufacturing information is aligned with global design standards and complies with industry requirements (AHRI, ASME, PED, ETL, UL).
Lead product engineering activities for new product introductions.
Implement engineering changes effectively and maintain product documentation.
Manage and update master data, bills of materials, and engineering drawings.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to design, quality, suppliers, and processes.
Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
Propose and implement cost reduction projects to meet plant objectives.
Evaluate and implement product improvements.
Review material specifications and standards and manage deviation proposals.
Provide feedback to global design team considering the assembly process on the factory and manufacturing capabilities.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of engineering change control processes, bills of materials, and drawing revisions.
Ability to interpret engineering specifications for mechanical and pressure components.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and control systems (electrical diagrams).
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to prioritize and execute projects effectively.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Operational knowledge of SAP or other ERP.
Experience with PTC Creo or other 3D design software.
Familiarity with Core Tools.
Windchill PLM system knowledge is a Plus.
