Position Summary
This role will support LTS’s interfaces with customers, regional sales teams, for liquid cooling infrastructure solutions.
This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, developing solution concepts, refining non-standard requests, and ensuring technical alignment before engineering execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical engagement capability with practical knowledge of liquid cooling systems, piping architecture, and data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, consultants, sales teams, and offering management to define SFN/liquid cooling system requirements, design criteria, and technical constraints.
- Serve as the regional technical focal point for SFN opportunities across Asia.
- Generate and refine solution concepts including piping topology, manifolds, CDU integration, facility interfaces, and redundancy concepts.
- Translate customer requirements into structured technical specifications for R&D and engineering teams.
- Review non-standard customer requests and coordinate feasibility assessments with engineering teams.
- Support LTS to build quote preparation and technical proposal for SFN solutions.
- Utilize and improve rapid layout/configuration tools to enhance proposal speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure solution readiness.
- Support technical discussions, workshops, and design reviews with customers throughout project lifecycle.

Skills Required
- Practical knowledge of liquid cooling systems
- Understanding of piping architecture and manifold design
- Experience with CDU integration
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure and facility interfaces
- Ability to translate customer requirements into structured technical specifications
- Experience generating piping topology and redundancy concepts
- Experience using rapid layout/configuration tools for proposals
- Strong cross-functional coordination with mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and commissioning teams
- Customer-facing technical engagement and workshop facilitation experience
