  • Is responsible of the Product Development deliverables at System level in development project and in life cycle management

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of the product/system (hardware and software), by ensuring its performance, security and reliability

  • Collaborates with the Project Manager and, the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Coordinates activities of the product development team (engineering and testing)

  • Participates in project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting for product development scope

  • Troubleshoots technical issues, performs root cause analysis, and implements effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Leads Ideation and Proof Of Concept processes to support Marketing/PM innovation

  • Develops a process and application expertise linked to the Product family

  • Ensures Technology screening & IP, Benchmarking and competition analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation

What will convince us:

  • Mechanical design or electromechanical Engineer Degree

  • Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing complex mechanical and electromechanical systems (including hardware, electronics and software) and in life cycle management of product family

  • Strong knowledge of Product/System Development tools (V-model, Technical Specification, DFMEA, DV&PV Plans, etc.)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent in written and oral English

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and BPD standards and procedures

  • Knowledge or a first experience in bioprocess, bio-medical and/or pharmaceutical processes would be a plus
