The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer (EDM Architect) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions while having deep technical knowledge of internal tools. You will focus on expanding problem-solving capabilities beyond internal tools to include external perspectives, including being a critical advisor in the transformation projects taking place across Rimes. This role involves a specific focus in solution architecture, designing best practices and a deep understanding of Enterprise Data Management.
What you will do:
Best Practice Design
- Inform and design service solutions to fit market and client requirements
- Identify suboptimal processes and workflows against our best practices and recommend paths to resolution
- Support the architecture and development of Rimes Best Practices and EDM Studio, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement innovative solutions with a deep understanding of internal tools.
- Expand problem-solving capabilities to include external perspectives and technologies.
- Support the architecture and development of Rimes Best Practices and EDM Studio, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
New Capability Delivery
- Create and run delivery commitments supporting the delivery of new capabilities at both a solution and platform level
- Support the architecture and development of Rimes Best Practices and EDM Studio, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Support Transformation Projects
- Act as a critical advisor in transformation projects across Rimes to improve our service offerings and client experience
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering EDM solutions and solution architecture.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with experience in software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry best practices.
