The Product Enablement Manager will be responsible for enabling the GTM team on Gong's product portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead the rollout and implementation of comprehensive training programs to empower our team with the latest advancements in our product portfolio.
• Act as the vanguard of Gong on Gong knowledge dissemination, partnering closely with the Gong on Gong team and Revenue Center of Excellence.
• Form strategic partnerships with product and product marketing counterparts, fostering a collaborative environment to drive alignment and excellence in product execution.
• Architect product certification frameworks, elevating our team's expertise in Gong's solutions.
• Drive a culture of performance excellence by aligning projects with tangible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable impact and sustained success.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years in GTM Enablement, Sales, Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success
• Direct experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms such as Gong is preferred
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with product and product marketing teams
• A strategic problem solver, an architect to design the blueprints that lead to the end result
• Ability to design and deliver product-focused enablement programs designed to drive adoption/usage of Gong inside of Gong
• Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated attitude

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $163,200 - $192,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
