We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the enablement strategy for our product portfolio, ensuring that customer-facing teams (sales, support, success, and marketing) are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively communicate product value, drive adoption, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your deep understanding of vivenu’s product and capabilities will bridge drive adoption and utilization of all relevant stakeholders.

As a Product Enablement Manager (d/f/m) at vivenu, you will:

  • collaborate with product, customer experience, and sales teams to create and maintain high-quality training materials, playbooks, demos, and presentations to empower customer-facing teams
  • design and deliver training sessions to prepare our employees and customers to excel with vivenu’s platform
  • design and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and videos tailored to the needs of various teams, ensuring understanding of product features, value propositions, and competitive differentiators
  • act as a subject matter expert on company products, providing insights, answering internal team questions, and occasionally engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • establish and manage a feedback loop between customer-facing teams and product management, ensuring that insights from the field inform product roadmaps and improvements

We are looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical products and the ability to quickly learn and explain new tools and features
  • Organization: Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Tools: Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and training tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Zoom, Loom)
