Engrain has transformed the way people find, lease, and manage properties. Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications. Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Product Enablement Coordinator, you'll join Engrain's Product team as a flexible, hands-on contributor supporting communication, design, and documentation efforts across a variety of initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you'll help turn ideas into visuals, organize materials, and build assets that keep teams and stakeholders aligned. This is a great opportunity for someone who's excited to learn by doing, grow across disciplines, and help shape the future of how we build and communicate products.
What you'll do...
- Help Visualize Ideas - Turn whiteboard sketches or rough ideas into simple diagrams, mockups, slides, or videos that make them easier to share and understand.
- Support Team Communication - Create and update internal decks, templates, and one-pagers for product previews, feature updates, and onboarding walkthroughs.
- Pitch In on Design Work - Assist with building product visuals, lightweight animations, and presentation graphics-sometimes from scratch, sometimes from templates.
- Contribute to Documentation - Help organize and format Notion pages, internal FAQs, and early-stage product guides, working closely with more senior team members.
- Stay Adaptable - Be ready to jump into different projects as needed, from helping with customer demos to supporting map content design or feature rollout prep.
