As the Product Director, Flowline at Infinite Lambda, you will take end to end ownership of our flagship product and service offering, Flowline. You will set Flowline’s strategic direction, shape and evolve the roadmap to achieve product market fit, and ensure the offering is adopted and successfully used across the business through clear enablement and internal readiness.
This role sits within the Product and Services function and works closely with the Flowline Engineering Lead, who leads day to day delivery and technical execution. You will collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing and strategic partners to balance innovation, customer outcomes and commercial performance.
Flowline is a critical initiative at Infinite Lambda, built on our experience modernising client data stacks and accelerated by intelligent automation, including agentic AI. It is designed as a product plus service model, combining core automation capabilities with human touch to deliver high quality modernisation with lower risk and faster time to value.
You will be the voice of Flowline internally and externally, aligning executives and delivery teams on priorities, and representing Flowline with customers and partners. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the CEO, and sales and partner leadership to drive growth in the data analytics and AI space.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product roadmap and outcomes: Set the multi quarter strategy and define clear product outcomes aligned to company goals (time to value, automation coverage, delivery efficiency, margin). Translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap and initiatives, with explicit trade offs and success measures. Partner with the Flowline Engineering Lead to shape technical direction, sequencing, and resourcing across initiatives.
Gather feedback: Establish structured feedback mechanisms from live client deployments (delivery retros, customer feedback). Convert field learnings into product requirements, repeatable patterns, and improvements to reliability, usability, and automation
Own product positioning and technical narrative: Define crisp messaging and a technical value story that resonates with enterprise buyers and practitioners. Ensure internal enablement materials reflect how Flowline actually works and where it is best suited
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key ecosystem partners (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and others) to shape joint offerings, align on GTM strategies, and coordinate activities such as proofs of concept, co-marketing initiatives, and integration roadmaps.
Lead Product Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with marketing to brief and co-create campaigns, assets, and content; define core themes and storytelling that resonate with our audience; and review materials to ensure they align seamlessly with Flowline's product strategy and positioning.
Governance, metrics, and stakeholder management:
Define KPIs and leading indicators for product health and adoption (eg migration success rate, automation rate, cycle time, defect escape rate)
Provide clear executive updates on progress, risks, and decisions, and drive resolution of cross team blockers
