Role Mission
The Product Dictionary Executive is responsible for ensuring that products are coded accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established coding standards and business requirements. The role is responsible for delivering complete, timely, and high-quality coding that supports data integrity and enables the delivery of quality products and insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and review product information collected through the scanning application, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Follow established coding validation processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Produce and share daily and weekly performance and data quality reports within agreed timelines.
- Research and collect product information from a variety of sources, including online resources, field visits, and internal stakeholders.
- Review product images to accurately identify brands, SKUs, pack sizes, and other relevant product attributes.
- Maintain and update records for new brands, products, and SKUs, ensuring all information is accurately captured in the database.
- Gather, verify, and update product, brand, and SKU information using multiple data sources.
- Conduct store visits, when required, to collect and validate product information.
- Perform ongoing validation and maintenance of the Product Dictionary (Masterfile) to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support product classification, data enrichment, and other operational activities.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data in line with agreed service levels and business requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality, operational efficiency, and coding processes.
Key Capabilities

At least 1 year of experience working with data, including data entry, validation, analysis, or quality control activities.
Good understanding of data quality principles and the importance of maintaining accurate and reliable datasets.
Experience with data cleansing, validation, and identifying data inconsistencies.
Strong computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with other Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing priorities independently.
