Main Responsibilities
Work in a team of formulation scientists supporting the technical project team to develop superior and sustainable Hand Dishwash products and help land these in the markets
Validate new sustainable technologies
Validate Product Saving options to fuel the category growth
End-to-end product development for Hand Dishwash products. Ensure the technical deliveries in the project teams
Lead the formulation workstream to support Technical Project Leader (TPL) on R&D deliverables to the project networks as well as business requirements
Participate in the network calls with cross-functional teams and ensure OTIF contribution from R&D
Have good knowledge about Homecare product development especially Hand Dishwash products
Understand consumers and consumer insights and translate them into developing great products to serve the consumers
Good knowledge about Processing, Packaging, Claim & Appraisal
Good knowledge about Innoflex/Innovation process and how R&D contribute to the overall project deliveries & OTIF
Have a good experience working with SAP PLM system
Be able to lead other assignments from line manager and line director
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
A degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry Technology or Engineering
5+ years experiences in the area of product development for Homecare and Personal Care.
Excellent skills in coordinating and working with different project teams across countries and geographies. Good skill on stakeholder management.
Working knowledge on SAP PLM system

Laboratory formulation experience and expertise
Experience of applying digital and automation approaches to work program
Experience in working with cross-functional team to deliver innovation/ renovation/ saving projects
Strong team player, able to work as part of a wider cross-functional team
Good planning and organizational skills
Good coordination, communication skills and teamwork
