Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Product Development Specialist/ Senior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Rzeszow/Poznań/ Kraków/ Warsaw. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for transforming customer and market insights into high‑impact product enhancements for our eCommerce and digital payments portfolio—working closely with Technology, Sales, and Operations to deliver value at scale.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Strategic and substantive ownership of key product domains, with full accountability for their performance and development direction
• Designing and executing long‑term product strategy aligned with business priorities and industry evolution
• Initiating, leading, and coordinating high‑impact strategic development programs across multiple teams
• Building, maintaining, and communicating product roadmaps that drive multi‑country development and innovation
• Conducting advanced analysis of the market, competition, regulation, and payment‑industry trends to shape product decisions
• Acting as a senior partner for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cross‑functional collaboration
• Assessing product profitability, preparing business cases, and recommending strategic growth areas to senior leadership
• Supporting or leading negotiations with partners, vendors, and technology providers
• Serving as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor across the organization

• Delivering expert‑level product training, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and strategic presentations

  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant product, strategic, or analytical role
• Proven experience in payments, acquiring, banking, or fintech, with strong understanding of industry standards and ecosystems
• Documented success in implementing products or leading major initiatives
• Very strong English skills, enabling effective cross‑border collaboration, documentation, and presentations
• Advanced analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable insights
• Experience in preparing and delivering professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple teams (e.g., Technology, Sales, Operations, Compliance)
