- Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
- Manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development
- Partner with the sales and coverage teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
- Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- A deep understanding of the business applicability of emerging and new innovative solutions and technologies.
- Business experience in applying innovative solutions and technologies to solve customer pain points for enhanced competitiveness
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation -Ensure adequate skills delivery for the sales and coverage teams to drive business digitization and well as product utilization
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements or withdrawals
- Responsible for product fully maintenance to ensure that they remain relevant in the market by closing all technical, operational, regulatory, and financial irregularities for all Transactional Banking products.
- Track all the TB products launches, trading and profitability as per the timelines and targets set to manage Return On Investment (ROI)
Education and experience required
• Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or engineering field
- Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS
- A proven track record of implementing successful solutions
- 3 -5 years’ experience in digital product management or similar
Knowledge and skills:
Essential
- Demonstrate cash management industry expertise or excellent cash management knowledge.
- Detailed local market knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work across in a virtual environment and across a demographic split.
- Self-starter and performance driven
- Good presentation skills, Oral and written
