Product Development Intern (m/f/d)

Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe – online and in over 250 stores. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to building a business with purpose. With a team of over 120 brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda’s story every day.

We are looking for a Product Development Intern to join our growing team.

• Drive end-to-end new product development projects.

• Run various sample quality controls.

• Support regulatory documentation.

• Prepare and coordinate supplier meetings, making sure all projects are aligned and on time.

• Help implement and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and data sets.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing startup environment is a plus.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate your projects clearly and concisely.

• Comfortable working with data and project management tools (Notion, Google Suite, PLM software).

• Interested in the beauty industry, particularly K-Beauty trends and cosmetic innovation.
