We’re now looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our Sundsvall team and help us develop cutting-edge machinery and processes.
About the position
In this role, you will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Delivery Projects, and Production, contributing to both product development and the continuous improvement of our workflows. As part of our product management team of 10 engineers, you will play a key role in the development and lifecycle management of our screening products, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and quality in a technically advanced environment. The position combines product development, product specialist responsibilities, technical support, and complex troubleshooting, while offering extensive global collaboration.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Design and develop advanced process machinery.
- Participate in exciting R&D projects to strengthen our competitiveness.
- Work with our products’ performance, safety, and quality as part of the product management team.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine design and product development roles
- Ability to find solutions even when all facts are not known
- Technical interest and curiosity and motivation to develop it further
- Engaged team player with a strong drive to reach goals both as a team and as an individual
- Proactively identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer and business oriented
- Skills in modern 3D CAD and PDM tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
