This is an exciting opportunity to influence the ICE/MHT RWD profit centers of Ford Motor Company. We have an opportunity for qualified people to help us succeed in this critical management area from program initiation through launch. I need a self-starter who ideally understands or is willing to learn/lead the Ford process and is able to motivate others into feeding their components or sub-systems into the requirements for the transmission as a whole, identify problems, identify solutions, and communicate project status to upper management.
As an Industrialization Program Engineer/Analyst in the RWD transmission systems group, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
- Lead milestone assessments, presentations (up to Director level), and evidence management.
- Lead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team) for your commodity
- Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Vehicle program meetings
- Collect and enter Integrator assessments
- Provide Finance, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing team support
- Coordinate with Team of Four groups
- Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM/3DX
- Support WERS/3DX release
- Support Manufacturing and Capacity Planning PAT’s.
- Coordinate with Transmission Systems Engineers on resolution of all Program issues.
- Support prototype vehicle sign-off
Qualifications
Specific abilities, knowledge and tools that would be helpful:
- Clear and concise communication both written and spoken
- Microsoft Office application fluency (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- 2+ years exp Transmission or Powertrain knowledge
- WERS, Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, e3p, Team Center, 3DX
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

This position is a salary grade 5 to a salary grade 8. Potential salaries can range from and ranges from $65,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
