As a Product Developer at Epicor, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. You’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle—from reviewing specifications to coding, testing, and maintenance.
What You Will Be Doing:
Analyze and implement detailed design specifications, provide feedback, and independently execute development tasks.
Clarify scope and requirements with Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure alignment.
Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards.
Communicate with QA teams to validate deliverables and ensure quality.
Provide input on internal training materials and documentation.
May write installation scripts and programs to support deployment.
What You Will Likely Bring:
3+ years of applicable experience in software development with demonstrated success.
2+ years of specialized or industry experience, preferably in ERP systems.
Strong C# programming experience.
Solid understanding of debugging techniques and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate work and project records.
What Could Set You Apart:
Experience with Angular, Unit Testing, Git, and JSON.
Exposure to ERP packages or applications.
Familiarity with AI technologies or concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Minimum: $60,000 USD Maximum: $170,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
