WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Product Developer, your main objective will be to ensure the Production teams and Suppliers know our customers and are aware of the latest trends. You have ownership in securing the end-to-end product development process, including collection development, product risk assessment, and delivering the best product from a customer perspective, aligned with the assortment strategy.

What is Production? It’s where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are present in multiple sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We ensure our products are of high quality, competitively priced, and produced in a sustainable way.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have ownership of setting and executing global development strategy aligned with the assortment, in close collaboration with the Development Manager.
- Always work with the customer in mind and observe how customers react to trends and contemporary lifestyles to effectively communicate with designers.
- Follow trends closely and draw conclusions on priorities for the relevant market.
- Have strong fashion sense and solid knowledge of fashion/design principles, fabrics, and product aesthetics, especially in Women’s Woven & Denim.
- Are responsible for educating and developing suppliers across the product lifecycle—capability building, complexity management, and customer understanding.
- Are involved in securing product development flow and sample handling, with a proactive approach toward sustainability.
- Act as a product representative on ground and play a key role in problem-solving alongside merchandising and quality teams.

- Experience in Woven & Denim product categories (Women’s wear).

- A strong sense of fashion, trends, and product aesthetics with hands-on design awareness.
- A result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
- Commercial mindset and strong salesmanship.
- Ability to identify improvements and drive simple, effective solutions.
