About the Role: 
As a Senior Product Developer, in the Product Development organization, you will be responsible for coding new business application features by participating in all phases of the development process including review and analysis of functional specifications, coding, unit testing, and maintenance. The candidate should possess strong communication (verbal and written), analytical and team management skillset. The ideal candidate must be a self-directed problem solver with the ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly ways to accommodate a variety of users. The candidate must be able to deliver quality results while under time constraints. 

What You’ll Do: 
Analyze requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements. 
Participate in agile development processes as a development team member (Scrum Role). 
Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. 

  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. 

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. 

  • Review complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. 

  • Resolve complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. 

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. 

  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. 

What You Need to Succeed: 

  • 5-8 years of extensive experience in coding with .NET/C#, SQL 

  • Experience in Angular is a huge plus. 

  • Significant experience in designing large scale enterprise software applications. 

  • Experience in ERP software will be given preference. 

  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen and strategic business capabilities are required. 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively present project, procedure, and status updates and/or proposals to peers and upper levels of management. 

  • Ability to lead individuals and groups. Effectively utilizes available resources and delegates work to achieve objectives. 

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies. 

  • And of course, an attitude to learn and unlearn, and adopt/create an approachable surrounding for the team members. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
