Duties & Responsibilities
- Mastery of senior-level duties and responsibilities.
- Expert in writing code, refactoring, and testing new and existing applications and framework components.
- Actively drive and participate in designing and reviewing core functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Drive and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and code analysis.
- Work with their team to recommend solutions under accepted testing frameworks and the testing pyramid.
- Create and provide estimates of work, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Proactively improve coding standards and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools-Angular, .NET & Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge/experience in tech design, devops process such as CI/CD pipelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team to meet project deadlines.
- Customer-centric orientation and strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success in -Angular, .NET development & Azure DevOps.
- 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Good to have distribution domain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Good to have AI/ML skills
- Good to have distribution/Manufacturing domain experience.
