We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Product Designer to our team, to work closely with our product management and engineering teams on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe. You’ll not only own the success or failure of your design work, you’ll help other designers communicate their ideas and support for their design decisions.

• Own the end-to-end product design process — from user research and concept exploration to high-fidelity UI, developer handoff, QA, and iterative improvements
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer needs, define requirements, and deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences
• Translate complex B2B workflows into clear, usable, and elegant product experiences
• Take ownership of specific product domains, driving design quality and continuous improvement based on user feedback and business goals
• Design and prototype user flows and interfaces using tools such as Figma
• Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library, while identifying opportunities to improve and extend it over time
• Conduct and participate in user research to better understand user pain points, behaviors, and workflows, and turn insights into product improvements
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to communicate design decisions, gather feedback, and iterate effectively

• 2+ years of experience in B2B product design, preferably in SaaS products (security or cloud platforms are a strong advantage)
• Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy web applications, including dashboards, tables, filters, and analytical workflows
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
• Systems thinking and experience working with component-based design systems
• Ability to showcase end-to-end design processes through portfolio case studies, including interaction design, visual design, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g. Claude, Claude Code, or similar) for rapid prototyping and concept validation
• Portfolio required — please include 2–3 case studies demonstrating your process and impact

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI products
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience managing or mentoring designers / leading design initiatives
