As a Consumer Experience Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional, user-centered digital experiences, with a strong emphasis on UX and interaction design. Main responsibilitiesFocus on User Needs – Use feedback and research to shape designs that solve real problems and solutions aligned to our Product Vision, Strategic Objectives and Roadmaps.
Design Clear and User-Friendly Interfaces – Create simple, intuitive, and visually cohesive experiences.
Improve Interaction and Usability – Design smooth workflows and experiences that help users get things done efficiently.
Design Explorations on HCD – Create and refine rapid design prototypes to explore ideas, test with users, and optimize designs before development.
Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
Consistency and Scalability – Follow and contribute to Sanofi's Elements Design System to ensure a cohesive, intuitive, and seamless experience across all digital products.
Inspire and empower teams, navigating complexity with clarity and adapting to ambiguity with a solution-driven mindset.
Proven expertise in end-to-end UX/UI design for omnichannel marketing solutions, with a strong portfolio spanning websites, mobile apps, dashboards, workflows, and interactive systems.
Deep experience in designing scalable, user-centered solutions for marketing & sales environments, including data-rich interfaces and workflow optimization tools.
Mastery of Figma and other tools for high-fidelity design, prototyping, and seamless cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable design strategies while advocating for user needs.
Proven success navigating large-scale, global ecosystems—balancing user goals and business objectives to create cohesive, omnichannel experiences.
Leadership experience guiding and mentoring design teams, setting vision, and driving UX excellence across marketing digital products.
Deep understanding of Agile, Lean UX, and Human-Centered Design principles, with a track record of driving continuous improvement through iterative design.

The salary range for this position is :€43.600,00 - €65.400,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
