Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own two complementary responsibilities: leading the refactor and governance of our Design System, and—once the foundations are set—contributing as an embedded Product Designer within a squad.
Phase 1 (~6 months): Fully dedicated to the Design System—building robust, scalable foundations, defining governance, and aligning the system with product and engineering needs.
Phase 2 (ongoing): Embedded in a product squad, contributing to delivery and discovery, while maintaining stewardship of the Design System.
As Design System LeadYou will transform Onebox's Design System into a scalable, enforceable product infrastructure that reduces rework, protects brand and UX consistency, and accelerates delivery across teams and devices (web, mobile, and digital kiosks).
What you'll own:- Audit and refactor existing components, tokens, and patterns into a coherent, scalable architecture (tokens, spacing, typography, color, motion).
- Build a multi-brand theming system that supports current and future brands.
- Define and implement the governance model: decision rights, intake process, contribution workflows, versioning, and release cadence.
- Partner with a dedicated DS Engineering team to ensure Figma–code parity and eliminate one-off UI implementations.
- Structure system primitives for AI-assisted prototyping, keeping AI-generated concepts system-compliant.
- Drive adoption across squads through documentation, training, and health metrics.
- Proven experience refactoring and scaling a Design System in production.
- Strong systems thinking and UI craft, with experience defining governance and enforcing standards.
- Experience with scalable token architecture and automated distribution pipelines.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS; cross-browser knowledge and semantic HTML best practices are a strong plus.
- Multi-brand theming and AI workflow integration experience are a bonus.
- Portfolio demonstrating real production impact on a Design System (required).
Embedded in a squad alongside engineers, a PM, and researchers, you'll take full ownership of key product areas—from early concepts to high-fidelity delivery—on both mobile and web.
What you'll own:- Lead design projects end-to-end, from discovery to final specs, with a focus on activation, retention, and engagement.
- Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, balancing exploration with execution.
- Translate user insights, technical constraints, and business needs into well-crafted, data-informed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and researchers, incorporating their perspectives into your work.
- Proven experience as a product designer at a consumer-focused tech company.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with a sharp eye for mobile and responsive web experiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional, remote-friendly teams.
- A portfolio showcasing product work is required—applications without one will not be considered.
- Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
- Home office friendly
- Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
- Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
- Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
- English Lessons
- Gympass Membership
- Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.

What We Do
Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
