Product Designer

It all started with an idea in 2021. Initially built to democratize Bitcoin in France, Bitstack has gone from a simple product that invests spare change in bitcoin, to a crypto-native bank bringing a better way to save, spend, and grow money to our 300K+ users. We want to rebuild finance from the ground up to empower people to achieve financial freedom by participating in a more open and inclusive financial system. We’re a small, ambitious team of operators. We believe in moving fast, sweating the details, and creating products people truly love. The Role

We're looking for a Designer with strong visual taste to help drive our creative initiatives across product and web. When it comes to design, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick up any problem and solve it. For us, it’s both how it works and how it looks. We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with engineering, care, and compliance to deliver impactful projects

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from idea to polished delivery, and taking ownership for achieving their success

• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals with exceptional attention to detail

• Use and improve our lightweight design system components

• Communicate design decisions with clarity, inviting feedback while holding a strong vision

• Contribute to set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Bitstack

What we’re looking for

• Several years of experience designing high-quality products in fast-paced start-up environment

• Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skills

• Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft

• Strong prototyping abilities with emphasis on clear visual communication

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery

• Clear communicator who can distill feedback and articulate design decisions

• Bonus: You ship to production, perhaps with a little help from AI
