Values

Boldness: Corvanauts have the confidence and courage to question status quo for the products we make and the relationships we cultivate.

Own End-to-End: We take ownership of what we start and see it through to completion through trust and dependability.

Transparency: It's crucial to be open and honest and consistent with updates and data flow with customers and colleagues. We value the free-flowing of information and data to make better decisions.

Bias Action: Corvanauts don't sit still - our default mode is taking action! We make progress through high-quality iterations. Failure is built into the process and success is defined by the number of shots on goal.

Our ideal candidate

  • You’re a Middle+ / Senior Product Designer with a passion for shaping the future of Product Design and User Experience - someone who helps raise the design maturity of the team, sets quality through personal example, and grows through larger scope, higher complexity, and broader influence
  • You’re confident delivering strong interface and interaction design solutions, improving usability, and contributing to UX research in a highly collaborative environment within the Corva Design Team. You own the design of a whole project, drive UX through systems, patterns, and frameworks, and define the north-star experiences for your design area.
  • You connect design decisions to product goals and business value, making confident decisions backed by clear reasoning. You understand business context, technical constraints, and long-term vision, and you’re comfortable working deeply on high-impact, ambiguous problems.
  • You don’t just participate — you drive discussions with PMs and developers, influencing through expertise, not authority.
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a UX / Product Designer, continuously learning and striving for quality — ideally on complex software similar to Corva (SaaS, Enterprise, B2B product development). You’re familiar with the best design processes and practices and can apply your skills freely in a dynamic team.
  • You have a visually strong portfolio (please attach it to your CV) showing catchy and bold design cases, usability problems successfully solved, application/service designs, and user flows. It would be great if you included how you applied UX methods in your work, and shared deliverables from user research or usability testing you conducted — especially examples where you connected outcomes to product goals.
  • You’re familiar with best practices for data visualization and complex application design.
  • You design native applications, know iOS/Android guidelines and responsive design practices, and apply corresponding approaches to web / mobile / desktop design.
  • We love Figma — and expect that you do too.
  • You actively use Figma Make + AI Design practices that speed up your delivery
  • You follow visual conventions and start with a design system, demonstrating strong system thinking, striving for quality, and simplifying complexity.
  • You have confident presentation skills: you can present your work through interactive prototypes or presentations, run effective critique conversations, and work productively with feedback.
  • You also organize team workshops in your focus area and contribute to the team culture of problem-solving
  • You bring profound communication skills, learn fast, and you’re a great cultural fit to Corva.
  • Your English is great (spoken and written). Spanish (any level) and readiness to stay flexible and work closer to the Argentinian timezone is a plus.
