We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design Team and begin an exciting career with us. The successful applicant will be a designer who is passionate about defining functional and creative solutions to complex problems ultimately helping to shape the future of Superbet. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other team members to bring our vision to life.
What you'll be doing:- Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team
- Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience whilst also balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion and ease of implementation.
- Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey. Encompassing all aspects of the design life cycle you will be comfortable with customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing through to the final interface design.

- Lead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery
- Together with team members, monitor the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it

We are looking for someone who has:
- Product design experience with a portfolio to showcase your skills.
- Strong UI and motion design skills to create dynamic interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users.
- Understanding of motion design principles.
- Experience in designing for diverse platforms (web, native).
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviors.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
- Solid planning and strategic thinking that clearly articulates design decisions.
- Experience in defining information architecture and user flows.
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations.
- A drive for learning and growth as a professional.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to our healthy and supportive feedback culture.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a sports entertainment or betting industry setting is a major advantage
