Product Designer

Role Purpose:
As a Product Designer at Ryt Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered design solutions that address both user needs and business objectives.
 

In This Role, You Will:

• Own the design projects, from concept to final implementation, consistently delivering high-quality user interfaces and experience designs.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, translating ideas into intuitive and visually compelling designs.

• Utilize your design thinking and problem-solving skills to create solutions that effectively balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

• Lead and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user research activities to gather insights and validate design concepts.

• Produce user-centered design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide development and ensure design consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies, actively sharing insights and incorporating new ideas into your design process.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Figma as your primary design tools.

• Good understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, allowing you to effectively present and articulate your design rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in an agile development environment, able to adapt and iterate designs based on new user insights, scope changes, or technical limitations.

• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
