The role:As a Product Designer at MAJORITY you’ll join our Product team on their mission to build and deliver the premiere banking and multi-service solutions for migrants and internationals living in the United States. You’ll work alongside Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Product Designers, taking ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery; finding simple and beautiful solutions to complex challenges. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of our Design System to ensure high levels of quality and consistency across MAJORITY's products.

What you’ll be doing:
- Experience in end-to-end product design processes on digital products from discovery to implementation working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Partnering with Product Managers and Developers to define and solve customer and business problems
- Conceptualize and transform complex challenges into design solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional
- Collaborate with Product Designers and our Design System squad on maintaining and evolving our existing libraries, components and more
- Contribute to shaping direction and priorities within your feature team, championing user-centricity, design excellence, and good design practices
About you:
- You have 5+ years of experience working in-house on consumer facing digital products
- You have a solid portfolio of product design work that demonstrates a high bar for visual design combined with an understanding of complex end to end product experiences
- You are comfortable with questioning the status quo, asking for feedback, and collaborating with a diverse team
- You take ownership of the design process and consider technical implications to make informed decisions
- You believe that inclusive and accessible design can go hand in hand with creating beautiful user experiences
- Spanish language skills are a plus!
