We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in Shenzhen, China. This role focuses on creating innovative and intuitive user experiences across our product portfolio, including consumer-facing imaging tools for lifestyle scenarios and professional imaging applications for productivity scenarios. - Design Excellence:
-Create sophisticated, trend-setting visual designs that balance aesthetics with functionality
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive design systems
-Implement and follow design principles and patterns that enhance product consistency
-Deliver high-quality design work from concept to final implementation
- User Experience & Research:
-Participate in user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
-Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
-Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design solutions
-Analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
-Clearly communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders
-Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
-Contribute to the overall design quality of the team
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UXUI design for consumer products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
-Refined aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
-Understanding of current design trends
-Experience with design systems
-Work on consumer apps and/or B2B products
- Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
-Strong prototyping skills for communicating interactive designs
-Understanding of technical constraints in modern platforms
-Experience with component-based design
- Professional English proficiency
- Citizenship or work authorization in Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Shenzhen, China
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to working in a multicultural environment and adapting to life in China
- Experience designing AI-powered products
- Basic knowledge of front-end development principles
